Who we are

Yoi Bakery started as a little rustic corner store bakery cafe on a sweet Valentine day in 2017. It has built by the love, passion, about cakes and dedication of  2 young chefs, Hong Nhung and Khanh Linh.
 

Coming from meager origins with not much capital or resources, our constant and unwavering focus from the very beginning has been on achieving the absolute highest possible quality in everything we do.  That’s reason why we can achieve many greats achievement in a short time. We have been featured on news, magazines like "Kenh 14, Vnexpress, Dep online, Bep gia dinh" and countless others. Moreover, in 2014; handbook “Date with cake”, which was written by Hong Nhung and Khanh Linh have been well received, became one of the best sellers of this year.
 

From our beginnings, in every place that we’ve been, and every place that we touch, we've tried to make it better.
 

Nowadays, we are having a lots enthusiastic, talented bakers and staffs who are constantly pushing the limits of what is possible in our craft. Everything you see on the site and in our store, all the cakes, it was all done by us, by hand, the hard way.  Everything we make starts out life as flour, butter, sugar, and raw ingredients.   We make all of our own buttercream, all of our own marshmallow fondant, all of our own gum paste.
