Frequently asked questions
YOI takes the craft of our products seriously. On behalf of our bakery franchises, we made the significant investment to open an artisanal bakery in the heart of Hanoi capital. We hired a skilled master pastry chef to create our diverse flavors of cakes ( each kinds is different) from an secret recipe that leaves us plenty of room to innovate.
Every cake is made by hand, using only the finest ingredients.
YOI's products are both gluten-free and kosher, and they are meant to support our customers’ desire to treat themselves to something decadent without disrupting their healthy lifestyles.
For best results, our cakes should be refrigerated and consumed within 2-3 days of delivery, or they can be frozen upon arrival for up to a week.
Cakes are best served at room temperature. Please allow approximately 10 minutes to reach room temperature if coming from the refrigerator or 30 minutes if coming from the freezer.

To ensure the freshest cakes possible, we use DeliveryNow (https://www.deliverynow.vn/) which takes anywhere in Hanoi capital from 1-3 hours to process & ship.

Some light breakage may occur during shipment due to the fragile nature of macarons.
Don't worry about this, we always take special precaution to ensure they’ll arrive in optimal condition. To achieve this, our cakes are placed in a protective clamshell and shipped chilled in special packaging.
However, once they are out of our hands, we cannot be responsible for how they are handled by the shipper.
